Central Valley Housing Sales Started Cooling Off in 2006
After peaking in 2005, housing sales in major cities in San Joaquin and StanislausCounties showed signs of cooling off in 2006. Total closed sales of single family housing in 2006 are generally lower than those in 2005, but still comparable to 2004.
